96 f250 126k what's it worth

MODS please move if wrong place.

Looking at picking up a 1996 F250 super cab short bed ZF5 126k miles it has following mods: baby swamps, Wicked wheel, intake, 4" turbo back exhaust, ts-6, on brand new 35s w/ 20x12s. Has front and rear ranch hands and super clean inside and out with brand new paint job with barely any rust.

Any idea what it's worth or what y'all would pay?
