Would this oil be considered aerated?

pics are tough

but aerated oil is more like a froth
from what I have seen and enough to displace oil and cause issues

Froth like the milky stuff old cars used to get under the valve covers? This is more like little bubbles

that pic might be the upper end of an aeration problem but you get the idea

the air bubbles become suspended in the oil

over filling can cause it if the crank starts hitting the oil among other things

Yea, this is more like a couple bubbles on the stick. It's just very consistently present if I check after driving. I was concerned because I also have a small front main leak and I was wondering if my LPOP was sucking air. My HPOP pressures are steady but I was just concerned.

No matter what there is going to be oil sloshing around in the pan, i have yet to see an engine that doesn't have some sort of bubbles on the dipstick after its been running.

usually that was from condensation AKA oil and water

specially short trips wouldn't burn off the water

your bubbles seem to be large so I don't see it being aby normal IMHO

Good eye, lol. Cleaning is not my forte. My vehicles generally get one real good cleaning, right before i sell it

LOL

Your poor poor truck... Mine get the vacuum once a week, washed at least twice a month, waxed twice a month or so (winter a bit less...).

My wife's Excursion gets a bit less, she laughs at me when I bring cleaning wipes in the rig when we go somewhere, I clean while she drives. LOL
