Alignment cams vs ala

Put in 3 inch coils and springs by icon and it came with alignment cams. It changed the caster and camber. Should i have just left the factory cams in there and adjusted the castor with the alas? Or does it really matter. Reason why im asking is that the cams put the ball joints at a sharper angle and may cause premature wear.

Yes, I would leave the factory cams in there and adjust caster with the ALAs.

I dont think it was too much change in camber like +.5 degrees. Id have to take a closer look.
