A couple months ago I got mpd to install their single kit with a s364.5 fmw. LOve it.. but its time for more. thinking of moving up to a s367.5/70 or 73 or a s371fmw./73. but perhaps i just go all the way and slap a s467/73 in there. just looking for some feedback. this is my daily driver. i like hate lag. stock fuel for now.

Cool yea just looking to see what i could expect going bigger from the s365 64.5/68/.90 im running now to what im thinking about s367/73/.90 or to the 467/74/.90. Power wise with stock fuel as well as spool since i dd this truck stop and go a lot. Wish i could get up with the guy who owns that red 6.7 that was in the shop see how it drives.

Still going back and forth.. goal is a cool running quick spooling dd 650-675hp setup

Current turbo htt s364.5/68/.90 with stock fuel i absolutly love this setup but just want more. But with the dual fuelers i fear drive pressure will be too much.

Will be doing dual fuelers

Options -

Htt S367.7/71/.90
Htt s464.5/74/.90
Borg s467.7/74/.90fmw

Im running a 467.7/83/.90 I've never seen an s400 with a 73 or 74 exhaust. Truck is literally 100% stock aside from the turbo and H&S. Spoolup i slower but i would compair it to a stock turbo 7.3. Running at SPE tuning i would say the turbo picked up close to 100hp over stock charger. Despite what everyone says about the stock cp4 the truck has to be close to 600rwhp. It ran a 13.9 with a soft launch 1.9 60 foot, on 37"s and 6" lift, 3.31 gears and CCLB. That puts it at 520hp not counting for the tires and extra wind resistance. Also i hold 29k fuel pressure so i could add a little fuel.
I didnt launch any harder because i towed my other truck to the dragstrip with the 12'. Unhooked the trailer and raced. The turbo tows extremely well, clean and EGT won't go past 1120 degrees at full throttle towing 12k 0-80mph.

Nice! Good to hear.

The box 467 fmw comes with a 74/83 turbine

For some reason for the most part when companys/people list turbo specs for s400s they list the turbine inducer size in the name/description. And for s300's they list the exducer

A 366 is usually listed 66/73/.90 for example the turbine is a 73/80
A 467 is listed 67.7/84/.90 the turbine is 74/83

I never realized that, but I just went and measured a 467 and sure enough the ex. is 74/83. Now it makes since why going from a 366 to a 467 feels so similar on spool up.

I have the kit with dual fuelers and love it. Haven't done any towing yet but spool is great. Absolutely zero smoke on the top end and under boost there's not even a haze. with TSD tunes I'd say I'm north of 700HP. I ran 12.2 @ 110mph with a cut in one of my boots... oh and my truck is a CCSB.

Any more feedback on the s467? I been looking doing a turbo swap soon and can't decide between turbos. I do tow and my truck has a 7" lift with 37s so I want a turbo that will work well with that. Also can the s467 be tuned to spool good and be safe for the bottom end?
