Anyone install puddle lamps in a 15?

I'm curious if anyone has installed or tried to install the 12-14 f150 puddle lamps into a 14-16 SD mirror. Will they fit? Looks like they will. Do you know the Ford part number? Parts guy told me it was just the clear lens and that you would have to buy the whole f150 mirror.... I hate parts guys that know nothing.
