Hi,
Seeking help with a recurring problem. My truck is blowing holes in the hot side intercooler charge tube pipe boot (closest to the turbo). I've blown up two from no limit fabrication and one from SPE. I installed No limit fab compound turbo kit and piping. 76mm atmospheric, 67mm BDE vgt, exergy 10mm fuel pump, fass lifter pump, SPE thermostat and CCV, Mishimoto radiator and intercooler, secondary trans cooler, stage 3 trans, upgraded coolant hoses and rerouts, etc. I'm pushing around 70-80 psi boost. It always happens when pulling heavy (10 ton) uphill.
