Got these codes and reduced engine power this morning. Turbo junk?

It reduces power as soon as it shifts to second, only makes about 10 psi. Truck sounds different (louder) no smoke. I thought it was gelled fuel at first because it was throwing no codes but still reducing power but it eventually threw the cel. Truck is all stock and still has a warranty so it's going to the dealer in the morning. Thanks

well the dealer tried a regulator with no change so it's getting a turbo. On the bright side my 08 does crazy rolling burnouts on cold 420's.

Haven't seen that one. I have had a turbo overboost code once when romping on it from a dig on performance (keep in on tow mode always now). But like many have said, on a factory turbo they are spinning waaaay too fast when tuned.
