Blue smoke at start up

Every time I fire truck up.. Checked down pipe and there was no oil. It's been doing it ever since I added what's on my sig. Studded and all. It's currently at the shop, they checked valve seals and they had them replaced. Puff of smoke is still there.. Could it be the turbo? Here's a short vid. Thx.

Any ideas guys.. they told me it could be the turbo. Just need opinions.

Setup is very similar to my old setup. Put about 26k on it and never experienced that. How many miles since you did the upgrades? Does it lose any oil?

Does lose a bit of oil.. Setup has around 5,000mi..

I would lean towards the turbo being bad

Anybody know where I can send the turbo out for a rebuild? Other than precision.
