Yes with converter setup for 500-550hp range.

If you have more or less should be as simple as a VB tweaked.

Hopefully someone else can chime in, but I thought a 4r could be ran in place of the E4s with not a lot of modification. Just not vice versa? Short of maybe running a PCS?
