So I had some puking under heavy load and quickly decided id yank the cab myself and do studs n' gaskets.
I then, like everyone else, decided while the fu**in cab is off, lets do a few other things....
So I have on hand;
BD manifolds and up-pipes
Arp studs

Ordered and waiting on;
Ford valve grind kit
Chromoly Pushrods (rcd)
Valve springs (rudys)
OEM rocker arms (dont see anything for aftermarket...>?)
New style degas bottle
OEM lifters
New belts (they were in rough shape!!)

What else *should* I do, Im already at 5k (cdn) in parts....not alot more room to spend..
Getting heads checked will set back another ~400..

I feel I should do ported Intake, yay?
Wastegate?
Anything else, somewhat budget friendly?

I have heads off ready to go to machine shop, and am just waiting on snail mail.
Ohh, how should I go about prepping the block for heads/gaskets??

Mods/updates already on truck;
Afe stage 2 proguard 7
Egr delete
mbrp CAC/DP/plus exhaust
Spartan
coolant filter
ccv
mishi rad
updated rad hoses, new t stats, cat elc, new degas cap

If you don't put a new oil cooler on it, you're a different kinda gambler than I am...

$400 now or cab, turbos, etc. off again later?

more important than a cold air intake right now IMO
