Cant communicate with TPMS

when I hook the scanner up it tells me that it can't communicate with the TPMS. On the dash i have a Tire Pressure Fault. I replaced all the sensors to no avail I believe it may be the truck module. Who else has experience with this and what did you do I hate the dummy light on the dash. And before anyone says you need to calibrate the new sensors I am aware but because I can not communicate with Them they can not be reset!!
