100 on the SCT is not that bad, only about 14 PSI of boost. 101 KPA (What the SCT reads) is only atmosphere, approx. 14.7 PSI. Which if I remember right should be around 101 with KOEO, atmosphere pressure. So if you were building any boost it would be higher. Each 14.7 PSI would raise it 101 KPA, so 14 PSI of boost you would be above 200 KPA.
With a new EBP, I would say MAP Sensor. The MAP and EBP talk. If one is not where correct in relationship with the other it will set a bunch of different codes, 2 of which you are seeing.
My truck was doing the same thing. If the wiring is good, the bellows are not blown, I would change the MAP.

A little insight on what the truck was doing before the problem started happening might help guys give you a hand...was it running and driving fine then the code started coming up? Any recent work done to it or did you try changing tunes before this started happening?

Sunday was exactly 2 weeks from gettting the truck back from a new long block. Had ZERO issues in those 2 weeks. Running Gearhead Street, truck has all deletes CAI & a set of elite 71/59. Was just cruising on the highway around 65-70 when the code popped up.

I would try to reload the engine file and see if that helps sometimes they go bad for no reason.

Check the main harnesses on the passenger side of the firewall, when mine wasn't plugged in it set off a lot of codes like that, could be a bent pin or maybe just not seated down all the way

Have checked all the grounds? With that many codes if you are sure the wiring harness is attached completely without bend pins, I would be leaning towards an electrical issue and a bad ground likes to do some funky things.

I was checking every connector I could see in sight, nothing was loose i got ahold of, didnt really think to look for grounds.
