comp 910 shims

What size shim is recommended for the comp 910 valve springs?i pulled my heads this weekend so this would be a good time to do them.

It depends on what seat preassure you want, I just did mine last week and I went with the .60 shims to give me roughly 125lbs of seat pressure... But that's just about as Much as u can safely go..

There's some good info in the sticky about the shims. Im not sure of the thread name, but it is a sticky on here

get a spring height micrometer.

Yup. You can assume that youre valve height is the same and factory spec across the board or you can do the smart thing and measure it so you know exactly how much to shim for your desired seat pressure.
