Cracked Nozzle

Over the past 2 months i have seen 3 cracked injector nozzles. 2 on a 6.0 and 1 on a 7.3. What are the causes of cracked nozzles?

Usually water in the fuel. Also Alliant power had a bad batch of nozzles years back and they were splitting left and right. But usually it's from water in the fuel.

Lack of lube, aka bad fuel, water, or air in fuel

The cracked nozzles I have seen were related to a low fuel pressure issue, there is a TSB about cracked nozzles and low fuel pressure.

Usually air in the fuel causes it.
