I have a vt275 basically a 6.0 with 2 cylinders missing. It ate a screw and damaged one of the cylinders beyond repair. Do they make a sleeve? The engine isn't available right now and I like to get the thing back in operation soon.
Pics just for fun

Dang.... perfect phillips head screw pattern in the piston. How did it get in the motor? I think a good machine shop should be able to but am curious also.

It's a self tapping screw and someone had to drop it in after the intercooler. Notice the valve? It's completely wore down and that's why it started missing. The screw head I on the left side I the last pic and the actual screw body on the right. I was slightly confused as to what was going on

I didnt notice the valve...lol I did see the whole screw embedded in the piston. Was this your engine or you got it like that? How long was it running like that?
