Does anyone have cutout flares on an 08-10??

Like it says.. I'm looking for some pictures and some measurements on a truck with some cut outs. I'm going for the "Tank" look on my new truck.

I really want to know how much more fender space it frees up... Like how much material do you cut, and what are the wheel well openings?? Any way you could maybe put me in touch with this guy? Maybe and email or something?
