drive shaft loops

What's the benefit in them? My buddy runs them on 2 of his mud racing trucks other than that never seen anyone with them


2005 F250 6.0 powerstroke, 6 speed manual, egr delete, arp head studs, new oil cooler, aftermarket coolant filter, custom intake, 4" down pipe into dual 6" stacks, 8" lift, TSD super panty dropper tune.

The benefit if drive shaft hoops is that, if and or when you break a u joint at the rear end they keep the drive shaft from beating the piss out of the bottom of your rig.

they are required when running faster than 11.49 I think.not sure tho

i would like to put some on the truck jus as a safety aspect. if i breaks goin 100mph or so things could get really bad really fast

and pending on where they break it could tear up all kind of **** under the truck, Tcase, trans, list goes on and on
