Dual mass flywheel

i took the engine and trans out of a 95 7.3 with zf6
i was expecting to find a dual mass fly wheel but it looks the same as my e99 fly wheel

Those are my running shoes for the gym... I almost didn't buy them because they were green and white not green and black lol

I thought the input shafts were larger on the ZF-6's (don't know about the diameter where it goes through the pilot bearing, though. Maybe they are the same there?). Cheers!

Yep the gym ... I'm old and far and still trying to keep up woth younger women so I gotta do something

Not sure about imput shaft size but the splines are def diffrent

Someone had installed a solid flywheel in the '95? Very common.

Yes the input shafts are different, ZF 5 speed has 1-1/4" input and the ZF 6 speeds have 1-3/8", both are 10 spline. The pilot on each shaft is the same for both(ZF6 in the 7.3's only), later the input shaft was upgraded on the ZF 6 speeds for the 6.0's and 6.4's to have a larger pilot but still 1-3/8" splines
