That I don't know. I don't know how much my pistons affected it. I was talking with Jared about that this morning. He told me about your truck as well

Ya, mine have a funky lip on them as well from when they were delipped.

Mine does what yours is doing, haze/smoke, rough idle after idling for a few minutes, cleans out when you drive it for 30 seconds and all. Though when mine gets a little rough, it's not nowhere near what your vid showed.

Mine started life as a low compression haze me and Matt worked to clear up, but the in that process I think it phased itself into a injector(s) issue. Same symptoms, different issue. I don't think I can fix all the haze and idle till I swap out the injectors

Yeah but yours wouldn't haze as bad in general. Stock nozzles and no machining on Pistons makes life easier. Yeah it sounds to me like a set of injectors is in your future

Well I plugged the truck in to see if it made a difference....oil temps were 102, coolant was 104 according to the CTS when I started it this morning in about 35 degree weather. Smoke output was drastically less which is good. Still hazes a good bit. It cleaned up a lot about 20 - 30 seconds later too.

GH revised my tunes. Cold Start RP is now 7k. Issue Fixed. Modern Tuning is wonderful!
