EGT ?

For those of you running deleted what kind of egt's are you seeing ? I'm running H&S mini with probe in the block off plate seeing anywhere from 750 to 850 empty running 75 at 1500 rpm 5 to 6 pounds of boost.

rule of thumb is 1500° for 15 seconds before stuff starts to melt!!

I've held over 2000 on high speed runs for minutes at a time on my old truck.
I wouldn't blink an eye at 1500 for 15 seconds.

What's would be a good point to set defuel 1350/1400 ?

H&S used to recommend 1450 which is where I set mine. I've never seen over 1200 on mine.

no idea but thats what i was always told from various shops.. valve seals in my dually where gone and it has only been over 1500° for a few seconds..
