Yep it includes everything. As for programming ,it doesn't need anything as far as I know.

May sound stupid, but even with using this turbo will the rods in a early 11 model truck still be ok? I wasn't sure if the rods were changed in the 15's to handle this newer style setup?

Rods should be ok with decent tuning, early tuning is what was breaking rods
Limits will be the fuel side of things i think

I personally think 32-35 psi is all you will want to crank this new style turbo to.
My personal guess is 525 on the turbo will be about the limit for power, thats probably with dual fuelers but im not super 6.7 smart so thats my guess

525-550 with dual fuelers and 15 turbo would be sweet.

Our 2011 King Ranch Shop Truck will be getting a modded 2015 Turbocharger with a retrofit kit here shortly. Pretty interested to see how it does. My stock 15 with just an S&B is a blast
