I wouldn't do a procharger set up for a cross country rig. When it ate the serp belt it made me nervous about Long trips. The cog belt was nothing. Took like 5mins to change

Looks like a sweet build. I'm interested to know the pressure inside the pipe feeding the turbo when the turbo is fully lit. One day, if I get the ambition, I'll test out an F2 on a 3" wide cog feeding a big turbo on a 6.0. I've been wanting to try that for forever. Keep up the updates.

I actually only thru a belt one time on mine. And I drive far from easy.

going back and looking at the second pic in post #102 that hivoltage posted....why use a narrow cog belt when the cog pulley's for the procharger are soo much wider? Why not run a cog belt that's like the same width as the procharger pulley's

The tensioner is narrow.

Did ya mean filter? Nope, thats just for mocking up. It'll be a larger filter with a removable water shield for heavy rain.

Yes filter, sorry was typing on my phone LOL

I figured, but I had to ask! Looking great, I'd love to check this thing out in person some time.
