If you have the fabtech 4 link I don't see why not. There's an alignment bolt on the bottom arm to adjust from 6"-8" lift

could i run a 7" icon spring with the upgraded f350 block that came with my lift on 6" procomp stage 2 setup with foxes? i dont have a 4 link. i have the upgraded radius arm setup. or just leave it as that height? lol. my 22x14 forces should be here any day now.

That setup will work. But if your running 22x14s I hope your running 35s. 37s aren't going to clear.

inmotionjosh: i really wanted to go with 37s. but been hearing a lot of chatter on it not clearing. now im looking into 35s; either 35/12.50/22 or 325/50/22.
