Factory Nav

Is there a way to tell if my truck came from the factory with nav? Is all the wiring behind the dash if it didn't come with it? I have the 6 disc and wonder if I came across a factory nav unit cheap, what else would it take to install. Thanks in advance!

mine was plug and play, only part I needed to install was the GPS antenna that mounts behind the gauge cluster. Works perfect
