flo pro or no limit kits?

The cutting or grinding is VERY easy to do even if you have never did it before. It is a very thin layer of aluminum that you need to remove in order for this to fit. I would not worry about that what so ever in your thoughts of what kit to purchase.

That upper rad support is actually magnesium.

Aren't there two versions? One for dual fuelers and one for without.

Must be a late release for the no limit to work with dual fuelers, I had to go with a elite twin tube as they didn't clear twin fuelers at the time(when the no limit was first released).

Yes there are two versions. I had to wait to get mine for the dual fuelers as they were just coming out with them.
