I Have 2012 f350 8 inch lift on 38's. I have a vibration in my front shaft in 4wheel drive. Shaft has been lengthen and u-joints are good. Do I have any other options to get rid of the vibrations? I talked with one driveline shop and they said I would have to live with it, since the truck is lifted. Is there truth to this or do I have option(s) to fix this problem.

thanks

wonder if you could clock to the transfer case to get the front drive shaft at a better angle, that may be whats causing your issue, but I've never had a truck lifted that much so Im not sure.

Need to adjust front axle to better angle. Look into ouo or pmf 3 link adjustable link arm

If caster is right, then you need a drop transfer case clocking ring.

8" lift shouldn't require a clock of the transfercase, but might want to look into a high angle u joint (cv design) for the axle end of the front driveshaft.

Are both the axle yoke and the TC output parallel?

Really at 8" on these newer trucks the front shaft is at a bind. EDIT!

Give Dave a call at One Up Offroad he has a custom shaft that will work for your truck.
