front engine whine

on the way home from dads house, my 2008 f250 starts to whine.

everything else is normal engine power, all fuilds are normal.

Just that whine, could i have a bearing or something else on teh serptine belt going out.

truck just came back from delaer getting a new flex pipe installed and cab put back on, truck just rolled 115,000 miles

the whine gets louder when you rev it, doesnt change tone or pitch

ok this moring it wasnt doing it, about 2 miles down teh road it came back.

i think its the power steering pump going out

Mine did the same and it was lack of fluid. I've heard of a couple pumps go out.

hopefuly good news, their was air trapped in the fuel cooler.

i had them do a flush on the mmotor when they took everything apart, he said they vacum the old fuild out, and guessing air got trapped in there.

so they vacum it again and when he took it off air started to bubble up.

Happened to mine also , you can bleed it at the top of the actuator .
