means u can't use it until u send it back to SCT and spend 150 ( last time I checked ) plus shipping for it to be reset

it is still VIN locked to a truck

Agreed someone can buy this and have Matt send it to SCT using the RMA the purchaser gets by a simple call or email to SCT saving the postage one way
