fuel bowl delete

Bought the oil tooler delete from mpd today. So I need to delete my fuel bowl. I have everything for my regulated return that I still haven't put on, so I'm going to do it all at one time. Running reg return into factory return. And new feed lines from the same point up to the front of the heads.

Question is, do I need another filter in line right now since I'm deleting the fuel bowl? Or wait until I put the a1000 and aftermarket fuel filters?

I would highly suggest getting another filter in there or wait to do the whole thing when you do the A1000 setup with filters The water separator on the frame isn't enough.

yeah I'd wait to run a better micron filter. If you delete the fuel bowl filter and only run the HFCM filter....the HFCM filter doesn't filter down small enough. I deleted my fuel bowl years ago and the only filters I'm running are the fuel filter and water separator from my FASS. The fuel filter is a 3 micron filter.

What filter is everyone running in line?

Most use Baldwin, CAT or FASS filters. Whichever it is make sure it has a small micron rating.
