I run about 8psi with no issues. I think as long as the pump is seeing pressure and isn't draining the feed its going to be happy. But as stated, no need to run more than 10 or so, there is no gain and it could potentially cause issues.

It all depends on the temp to make the seal leak as well as pressure to be honest.
we tested all the pump pressure on a pump that knowingly leaked on a truck as our dual pump on our truck and it would leak at 12 so until we backed down to 8 psi it would still leak. The K16 pump doesn't seem to care about pressure as much as it does volume.... This was tested @-10deg ambient temp

We suggest setting our fuel bowl delete at 8 psi.

Is the Dodge 18 psi rated Fuel Lab 200 the right model to get or what is the correct Fuel Lab p.n. for our 6.4's?
These kits are not finished yet. There is more to the story then just having a pump set up at the pressure on the bench and putting it on the truck.

There is a lot to do with the return circuit and what can be managed through it .
