Fuel System Reliability

With the talk of contamination easily taking out the hpfp and injectors I'd really like to add a better water seperator and a 2 micron filter without breaking the bank on my 2012 6.7, any suggestions?

I put an air dog on mine. Beleive DieselSite has a kit as well.

How does the air dog mount in?

And would it hurt to just add a filter base assembly without another pump?

Mounts to frame, plumbs in pre-OEM pump. Debatable on benefits, I like the idea of extra filtering, figured it couldn't hurt.

just an FYI the low presure pump will die on you when you have dual pumps. LOL

That is good to know. Seems the dual factory pumps may be possible. What about a fuelab added to hel the low pressure?
