Where is that 3rd line going? Am I missing something obvious here?

There's a line to each head, a balance line between the two pumps, a suction line for the rear pump, and a return line going back to the resivour. The rear port on the back pump is plugged. The blue hose goes up to where the oil pressure sensor is to draw oil to the rear pump. The fitting in the center block towards the bottom of the picture is the return to the resivour. The stainless hard line is the balance line between the pumps.
