Half Bed Tonneau covers

Right now my truck has the Ford factory soft tonneau cover that velcros on the sides. I want to put a tool box on my truck but still keep the cover. Do any companies make a soft cover like I have but that's shorter to fit behind a tool box? I def don't want a cover with the snaps, I wanna stay with the Velcro sides.

One that sits down in the bed between the rails. And just pull back the Velcro when you want to use it?

Made by Extang. Only thing I don't like is the rails are still there when you roll it up, and that you can't completely remove it.

If I had to do it over again, I would order a tri fold Torza cover made by http://www.advantagetruckaccessories.com/ They custom make them to any size. My dad has one on his Dakota and I love it. Takes 30 seconds to remove the entire cover with no clips, clamps, or rails left on the truck.

I modified a Roll and Lock to fit behind My tool chest

but if you have a cover now I would just make up a cross bar or install some angle on the box for the velcro and have an upholstery shop modify your cover
