210 is plenty for arp 2000 studs, beyond that you risk stretching the stud

The new moly lube changes the spec to 210 instead of 245....but still has the same clamping force as the 245 spec.

Went with 210 on my head studs.
Been over 3 years at 70+psi boost, and over100psi drive pressure.
No problems yet.
Not sure why people running 40-50psi boost need o ringed heads...

Because they don't ever want to do heads again. and for what it costs to do heads vs adding o rings. its cheap insurance.

this is what we do...

our normal head stud trucks we do to 215, I don't recommend oringed heads to the normal driver, anyone that we do additional power items to, I recommend it, its good insurance. but they still get torqued to 215.

however that being said, last year I torqued mine to 265, an dblew gaskets the 3rd time on a test run with compounds.

we used the 625 studs this time, torqued 265, so far no issues 1000 miles.
