Got the engine back in and EVENTUALLY re-connected to the transmission. That took forever. Most of the engine/electrical is put back together, replaced all the hydroboost lines as well. Now just need to reinstall all the coolers/hoses on the front end and fill her with fluids and check for leaks.

That's next on my list of "tools"....tranny jack. (Not to be confused with a tranny named Jack.)

Did you paint the engine bay while you had room?

I did. Used Rustoleum "Rust Reformer" and then their "High performance" paint to get the top of the crossmember and the frame. Came out pretty good, hopefully it holds up.

I wish I got some pics of it with the new manifolds and up-pipes on it, the blue/silver contrast looked sharp. Just forgot.

Well, ran into a new issue, it will start cold, run for about 20 minutes, then die.

It appears the IPR is bad. Of course I don't have the original anymore, so I have to drive almost 2 hours to the only Ford dealer in this side of the state that has one in stock.

The 2 attachments shows the data log, you can see after it gets hot the ICP won't even go above 200.

Guzzle, it will be there day after tomorrow.

Yeah, I just REALLY wanted to get it back up running this weekend, plus I'm working Monday/Tuesday and don't feel like waiting.

Installed the new solenoid and bang, runs like a champ, drove it about 100 miles today and it ran like a champ, very smooth. VERY happy to have my truck back!
