Help Me FindThrottle Position Sensor for 1997

Sure this has been asked before, but I looked in the search and didn't find anything that would help.

I can't find a TPS to save my life. Do not want to replace the whole pedal assembly. I've tried O'Reilly and Autozone with no luck. Is it junk yard time?

Go to O'reillys and give them p/n EC3025P BWD. Also Motorcraft DY967 should be available as well.
