Ok, I bought a set of 70watt for a 2006 f250. One bulb rotates and the other does not. The fixed bulb puts the low beam on the outside and high one the inside. I played with the bulb that rotates and imo the light pattern is better with the low facing up in the housing and high facing down. How do i get the fixed bulb to rotate?

First halogen low

Second low led (low beam out, high beam in)

Third high (low beam out, high in)

Fourth low, this is only the passenger bulb (low beam up, high down)

Fifth high, this is only the passenger side (low beam ip, high down)

So how about Ford factory DRL's? I've got a 15 and my old man has an 08 both with DRL's, I know I can get them programmed off but it would be "illegal" however I could make my marker lights function as DRL's but this would all be a lot of work so will LED H13 headlights function correctly with the DRL system?
Thanks!

They will work, but some LED's will throw a DRL code. Im not sure on our trucks, but Acura, the Toyota FJ Cruisers, and the Range Rovers I know for sure will throw a DRL fault.

Even with the reduced voltage? Do the high beams turn on or do they stay off? causing the fault signal.

Voltage stays the same. Its the feedback signal they dont really give back to the computer because they draw such a low amount of current. Kind of the same idea when people put LED bulbs in their factory housings and your flasher clicks faster.

The DRL system puts out a lower voltage on the high beam circuit do they not? At least they have on every other Ford I have owned.

I do not know, but I have the 70 watt LED headlights and Fogs provided by Mark. They match perfect, could not be happier, been pulled over for being too bright, but also complimented by the same officer. Mark was great to deal with. Thanks!

Ordered

Just spoke to Mike at Big Time, to order my set for the '13. He said there was a backorder issued for the H13s, but he suspects them to be shipped by the end of the week. If you are wanting to get some, I would think ordering as soon as possible would be your best bet on getting them in a timely manner. I'll have pictures as soon as I get them in, with the new setup on one side and oem fog/head on the other!
