So I found a 2004 6.0 truck. She is BONE stock except for intake and exhaust. SCLB 4x4.
It's going to be a PLAY truck. Drag/sled/dyno/nasty grocery getter. I want 600-650 horse....to keep bottom end alive. Other then that, I want this thing to scream!

Mod list:
Obviously make her bullet proof.

1.472 or MTW stage 3 or 4?
2.What injector size?
3.which regulated return. And fuel system setup?
4.I already have a built 5R.
5. HD uppipes
6. Then airflow upgrades. Everything from boots, pipes, and inter cooler.
7. Valve train upgrade
8. Custom tunes

I'm just confused on injector size and turbo sizing. I really don't care about lag, she is going to spend her life at 4k rpms anyways.

Let me hear y'all's opinions and recommendations.

1. I would go with a big single like a S472
2. Maybe 225/100's or hybrids. Not too sure on injectors
3. I've heard good things about the driven regulated returns and a A1000 setup would be preferred. Jake at Irate has a nice setup.
8. Innovative and TSD have always had my business.

Edit: Just got off the phone with TSD and Chris is only doing local tuning right now.

thats not going to get him what he wants. i know your big on the ported intake manifold and all and its a great upgrade but that set up wont get him where he wants to be even with the manifold.

yup ill be there!ill tow down the 6.0 for ****s and giggles to see what she will do. ill load a hot tune and see how high we can blow the heads off it. i would like to see how hard you can push your 190's. it will give me an idea of what i want

Is it a street play toy or a drag queen?

If its a drag queen, big single, and hybrid sticks


If its a grocery getter, something that lights quick and maintains injection pressure.

My vote would be a 205/100 and a stg 4 or maybe a 366. Or 190s and a stage 3. My cousin did a 12.5 on 190/100s and a stage 3 which puts you in the range your looking for. If you don't want to mess with icp I wouldn't go above a 205, as long as your pump is healthy, if your willing to go bigger on hpo well that's a bigger ball game. Either way do a a1000/rr setup.
