Ok, so I've been seeing so many people talking about new cold side pipes so I have a few questions..
I was looking at rudys, and I believe they sell a kit that has both hot and cold side, is that the route I should go?
What are the benefits of doing this? And also, do I need tuning for this? I read on some site you need aftermarket tuning?
