I don't even want to know how often you hear "Where's your ladder?" or "What kind of gas mileage do you get from that thing?" I know I hear it plenty.

Well its actually be quite awhile, since I rolled it some years back and havent been able to finish rebuilding it  Im hoping this year to have it back on the road though.

Although Im kinda over the whole huge lifted truck thing. I might actually just sell the whole suspension set up and go with something alot smaller so I can use the truck as my work truck. If I want big tires like that, I'll just put them on my buggy, since its already on 38's.

Not in order of times as you can see it was a chrome Package truck and is now all blacked out. I am looking at going up to 14.5R20 Michelins. Still have to figure out what type of lift.

I really want to know how you did the lights? Can you see through them at night. have HID's so i think that would help. I Changed mine to harley lights but there is still to much going on at the lights.

Got an overlay off of ebay called rvinyl it has an adhesive backing it took alot of patience and a heatgun to get it to lay right. I can see better than stock because of the 6k 55w hids.

Not to sound rude but why so much lift for 44s?

When I bought the truck I had a friend/acquaintance that had a GMC with 10" of lift on 39.5" Iroks. I wanted my truck just a bit taller to piss him off. I was gonna run 41" Iroks.

When I started calling shops to find a 10" or 12" lift, there wasnt alot out for the 05s. So I decided to contact a friend who did/does custom fab work. Told him what I wanted and when he came up with the design he goes "well I know you wanted 10 or 12 inches of lift...were you set on that?" I said "yea but I'll work with whatever you come up with" and thats when he told me what he designed and it was gonna be around 16". So I said hell yea and that I'd start looking for new tires. I didnt wanna run 44" Swamper TSLs and I cant remember if the 46" Baja Claws were out or not. I came across the Michelin XLs and they were everything I was looking for in a tire. Radial, high load rating, and cheap ($1000 for 5 like new tires).

I picked them up with the intentions of swapping them out to the 46" Goodyear MVTs, but I ended up wrecking the truck before that could happen.
