Anyone ever have a problem with collapsed lifters? I had an intake lifer collapse on me and flood the cylinder out. I didnt have any oil deflectors on the injectors and after looking the oil discharges into the pushrod hole. I put the deflectors on and relieved the pressure from the rocker arm overnight and now it is fine. Anyone else run into this? Or is all of it just coincidence?
