On my 06 it's been taking longer to start in the cold granted it's cold out this morning it was around 15 to 20 degrees. I let the glow plugs cycle threw it took around 4 to 5 seconds to start after it's warm it starts fine if it sets for over 4 or 5 hours it takes around 3 to 4 seconds to start. Grant the high was only 30 degrees. But to "ford" that's normal for a 6.0 in cold weather it just seems as soon as I returned my sct to stock it started doing this. Also there is no codes

Does it run rough when it first starts, any smoke? if so how long does it smoke, just a couple of seconds, or longer?
Try plugging the block heater in for 2-3 hours then start it, just to see if it makes a difference. If it does, I'd start looking at your glow plugs or the gpcm.
