Loosing fuel pressure

last night I noticed that my fuel pressure was dropping from 53-55psi down around 39-40 at WOT. Then it will come back to 50-55psi once I come off throttle. I haven't installed the regulated return yet but I hope to get it installed next week. Truck sounds and runs good. Is the original 257k pump going out? Or will the RR fix this pressure drop?

Pump could be getting weak. Have you ever dropped the tank and cleaned the mixing screens, or did the harpoon and hutch mod?

no, RR will not fix it by itself--its an available volume not keeping up with demand issue. The intank work and pump update are needed also.

A stock pump will work. I like dual stockers myself.

you need a full regulated return to feed them 100 nozzles..you defiantly need a full return with a bigger pump or twin SD pumps..
