I believe stainless tubing until it gets to the filter. You can see the coil in the back of the engine bay to dissipate heat.

Another easy roll on to about 3/4 throttle. Also had tow haul on which keeps it in 4th with the tc locked from what the minimax says. 5th is wayyy to fast trying to hold my phone and roll on it. Not to mention having to roll on it easy enough to keep it from breaking loose. This was in my "street" tune from gearhead. Quite a bit of fuel pulled from this tune compared to my performance tune, to keep it clean on the street. Made it to about 58-60ish psi before letting off. Still working on the gate adjustments. I can't quite get them where I want as far as driving the small turbo hard enough but still opening to drive the atmosphere. May end up getting an AMS over the winter.

Ordered a handful of snubber valves, hopefully that'll cure my back pressure gauge flutter

As long as tires and lug nuts are in by tomorrow night Truck will be getting 20x10 repr death metals and nitto 420s, lowered on 4800lb springs, and running boards off. Again, I was hooked up by GRacing with the wheels and lug nuts. Awesome customer service!!

sweet, so does that mean you will be hitting the drag strip this year? I'd think you should be click off low 11's within a few passes if you can pull off a clean pass. which i don't doubt you can do, or have your buddy make a pass or two, i'm sure he is familar with the drag strip.

Im not too sure. I'd really like to get caltracs and a 4 link on the front. We will see... On one hand I want to.... On the other, I really don't want to blow my tranny or even worse the motor. Really can't afford to put rods in it right now with a bunch of house projects going on. I'm just happy to have it back and don't want to push my luck yet. I've Had the truck in my possession 2 of the last 11 months or so.

the guy/vendor from spartan ran caltracs, ?Jeff? his screen name is SPARTAN, and didn't like them.

might be worth a little more checking on those.

Yea I've talked to quite a few people about them. Biggest complaint I've seen is noise, which I'm pretty sure we can adjust them properly to keep them quiet.

by nature of design you cant keep them quiet while still being useful, been there tried that. switched to OUO's and couldnt be happier, all the benefits and no noise at all.

Lug nuts are in, wheels and tires are on. Truck is lowered and the hitch is off. Truck looks great. Ill get some side shots tomorrow after I wash the truck at work.


Installed a snubber valve today as well. Installed it right after the filter that is on the line. After only about 20-30 miles the gauge is already not working. Going to have to pull the filter and valve to clean and try again.

Looks great, i would have done more offset like i did, but hey its your truck, you are doing what you want. How do u like the 420's?

Dont think there was much more offset available unless I did 20x12 which I didn't want to do. Hard enough to keep the truck clean with 20x10s
