400$ firm it is locked and will cost 300$ to unlock it. I've called H&S several times and talked to different people randomly and all say 300$ to unlock and can be done over phone (despite others saying up to 500$). It will also need the mounted cup as it was damaged when they broke into my truck, it's 20$ from H&S.
