MPG calculation table?

Does anyone know if we have access to whatever map/table controls the calculation for the MPG display?

I heard it was calculated based off ipw. I know I haven't seen any tables about it in mcc

I changed my duration table a bit and noticed the lie o meter changed quite a bit. Iirc I lowered the duration across the board by 5 percent but I upped the x axis pressure by 5 percent as well. This caused the lie o meter to go from about 20 percent off to 10 percent off. Not really sure why but someone could mess with it and see what they find.
