I can get a couple for you.

Done yet?

Sh!t I wish it was! I cant even push it around and make engine noises yet. But I am gonna get a hold of you this week, Ive been wanting to get my king ranch on the dyno since I put the new turbo on, so I figure I might come down there this week and do that and hang out for a while.

I also went down to Jason's (Hotrodtractor) today and picked up the 86 and brought it to the shop

Unfortunately I havent had a lot of time to work on the truck lately, but I made a little more progress and am at a stand still now for the most part. Im waiting on my Destroked adapter plate, auto world engine mounts and Valair Clutch to arrive which should be here in a week or so.

All the steering and gearbox is on now so the front end is done. I just have to paint all brackets and hubs for the rear and reassemble. I got the tank in and BDP sump installed. Still need to install the brake lines. Then its time to put the drivetrain in.

Thanks man!

Whats your plans with the truck Matt, still a play toy?

Yeah still a play toy pretty much. Now that Ive gone this in depth with it I doubt the truck will even leave the garage if its raining out. I might pull it a couple times just for fun, but I plan to two it to events this year with the king ranch just for fun, show n shine, etc.

Performance wise my plans are

160 p pump w/ 5k springs, full cut DVs, AFC mods (already purchased)
ARP studs, 60Lb valve springs (purchased)
Valair single disc 13" flywheel conversion w/ ceramic buttons rated at 600hp/1100lb/ft (purchased)
5x.016 injectors
All that 1/2" cloth line sitting on my frame is to make my own fuel system with a fuel lab pump and regulator.
He351 or S360/68 w/ S475 twin setup
5" exhaust, build an intake and build a stainless steel 3" intake horn.
Possibly a 188/210 hamilton cam

going to be a super fun setup.

Yeah I think it will be a fun little set up for the street, Im not looking to break any hp records or crazy track times, especially with it being a 5 speed. I just want to be able to have fun with it, and maybe surprise some people since it will look relatively original like it was in 86 except for some wheels and tires.

Also I just picked up a 181/208 cam to add to the list
