I forgot how much fun it is to sit down and try to design a fuel system on jegs till I saw that lol

haha oh yeah its always fun trying to piece it all together in your head.

Now the fun of putting all the hoses together. I hate that part.

Sent from my shoe phone

I wont mind that part as much now that finding every fitting I need is over with!

Awesome Matt!

Thanks Steve!

Get a little bit of penetrating oil and fine grit sand paper and get rid of that rust!

Oh I will for sure, I still need to get a new governor housing gasket so Ill get that cleaned up before its bolted back together

Thank you!

Its gonna be two tone now, still gonna be tuxedo black metallic on top then dark charcoal grey metallic in the center and tuxedo black metallic on the bottom

That is going to be flat out gorgeous!! Modernized version of what my dad's work trucks have always been, black/silver 2-tone, even ended up adding it to his super duty in the classic 2-tone like you described not the simple bottom strip style.

Thanks Josh! Im really exciting for when the body work is going to start. Ive always loved dark grey on trucks, but I didnt want to do the whole truck that color so I figured why not combine the two and do a nice two tone like all those trucks normally had. Im hoping it will all turn out the way I have it pictured in my head

Got some more work done today.

Built the mount for my fuel system out of 1/4" aluminum, it will be polished. Im still waiting on one filter base to show up so that kind of has me held up at the moment. But I have that mounted and the -10 line made from the sump to the water seperator. Im gonna wait to make the rest of the supply line and return lines once the cab is on next week. I also built the oil supply lines for the vacuum pump and p pump

Who are you dealing with for injectors and pump work? I need to get the injectors in my 12v checked out and probably have the popoff reset. Not sure who I should go with.

I bought the injectors off a guy from comp d as well as the pump and I tore the governor housing apart, modded the afc, delivery valves etc. myself. When i had a broken governor weight on the pump on my king ranch Columbus Diesel Supply fixed that and flowed it and they rebuilt my injectors. They did a good job but it took a while.
