Went to ford this morning to get the trans filters. Got a price on new lifters...holy ***....$36 each. With there being 16 x $36each = $576. RCD sells new OEM lifters for $250. Probably get them right from RCD and maybe even a stage 1 cam.

Been a while since I posted anything. Got the UCF o-ringed heads with RCD 120# valve springs last week!

Stepping down cause It'll be better suited for the truck and my driving. I use about up to maybe 40% throttle with 90% of my driving. See no need for the stage 3 anymore. I'll lose top end power....but that's fine cause I don't need it.

Coming along good man! What did you ever end up doing about pushrods. I know I looked into that a bunch when I was tearing mine down, but I don't think the updated 6.4 pushrods were out at the time. I'd go with the 6.4 length if you can get them from RCD. I believe I read the Ford 6.4 pushrods were a better length, but the material used on the end of the pushrod wasn't as durable? I can't recall specifics now.

I talked to Jared about it and he said they only use the 6L chromoly pushrods in all the 6L builds they do. I've talked to others running them to and no one has had any issues. So if you want a chromoly pushrod in the updated length....you'd hafta get the 6.4 ones. Even tho I was told I'd be fine with the original length ones.... I ended up getting a set of 6.4 chromoly pushrods instead. Trend performance makes them for RCD and many other companies. Just a piece of mind I guess.

Got the KC stage 2 installed yesterday! Now I just need to get this cab pulled to get the new o-ringed heads and other parts on the truck.

What fittings did you use in conjunction with that billet oil cooler outlet/coolant delta kit? I like the look of that setup, and think it would go along nicely with my new vision coolant bottle!
