Need help!!!!

So recently my truck has been having a bad miss at WOT 2900+ it's only WOT just cruising it's fine. Truck has 134xxx miles and on original fuel pump as far as I know. Could the fuel pump be not providing enough fuel at WOT?
Also truck got ran low on fuel (right before light came one) and barley made it to a gas station.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Does the truck have any codes? I would throw a monitor/scanner on it and watch IPR duty cycle and ICP also FICM voltage.

If you ran it dry of fuel its a bitch to get the air out, but if you've been driving it after the fact it should have worked its way out by now.

No codes it happend a couple months ago very minuscule and then the ficm went out u replaced it with bullet proofs and it didn't seem to do anything?

Update!! Took the tune off and there was no miss at all! 1 thing I did notice from the beginning with the tune from day 1 that when I put the truck in reverse it lopes is that normal?
